I demuxed some VOB, and got audio file (mpeg) which is not DVD compliant, it has

    Info:Bitrate=256 Sampl.Freq=44100 Duration=00:03:58.002 Size=7MB

How to resample the audio to 48kHz? Will the resampling cause loss of quality ?

Audacity is free and I think it can do this. Non-free audio editors such as CoolEdit can also do this.

Theoretically the resampling will cause some quality loss, but if you use a good program like Audacity or CoolEdit you may not be able to notice any difference.

DAudioK. Free, quick and no problems at all-so far anyway.

How nice that you are too stupid or lazy to do a Google search on this. Here, I did your work for you.

If you have problems with that, too bad. It's not my problem to solve. And anyway I use CoolEdit for this type of thing and have no experience with Audacity.
