Yes I have a VBR problem. I have no clue what to do when the picture says what it is saying. The audio and picture is completely screwed when i look it in virtualdub. while I have no problems watching it in Media Player etc.

When i mean screwed : Then the audio is way ahead of the picture because of that VBR change by virtual dub :(

The popup comes when i open the file in virtualdub. Then it rewrites the audio itself, without me doing anything :(

btw. the original audio is mp3 i think.

Help needed: how to do the things at the image above.

I'm a newbie at this remember before killin' me :)
