Hey, so i'm trying to convert a DVD to an MKV file, I want to use AAC audio, and the x264 codec for the video in an MKV container - thing is, i'm trying to use AutoMKV, and each time I try and set up a file to be processed and start it, it stops when it gets to the audio converting stage:

    ************************************************** ******************
    * NOTE! enc_aacplus.dll must be into executable directory
    * get it from Winamp 5.2 plugins directory
    * tested on Winamp 5.2 Release Feb 23 2006 Full (Not Pro) version)
    ************************************************** ******************

I'm using the standard build/release of AutoMKV (0.98.4), and it gives me this error. I also changed the enc_aacplus.dll file to a slightly different one which I found in winamp 5.2 (which it says to do above, in the error) - that didnt fix the error. Anyone know how to fix this annoying bug?

    Cheers

Use the AAC encoder from Nero. It's better quality and AutoMKV will use it.
