Please be patient with a newbie and excuse my ignorance. I searched on the forum and web, without success, so I'm posting here.

I installed Avisynth 2.5.7. The installation seemed to go well, but I can't find the Avisynth executable. Here's what the Avisynth folder looks like. What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks!

  2. That's correct. No executable

It might be a good idea to read some of the guides first, and if you have specific questions, ask

Avisynth is a scripting based frameserver that has no native GUI interface. You create scripts in notepad with an extension of .avs, and load these into your encoder. That's when you get to see how things are working out for you.

If you want a more visual way of creating scripts, look at AvsP.
