I first bought a HDMI cable to expand my computer screen on a TV, but after a while I ran into a problem. The sound stopped working. I later bought a HD PVR Decder for my TV, and it solved the problem when I plugged it in (new cable, also HDMI). It suddenly started working with my old cable and PC -> TV. I sold the PVR decoder when I moved, and PC -> TV still worked. Then after a few days it stopped working and I only had video again, no sound. I thought it might be a video card/computer problem, but I just bought a Blu-ray player, and sound doesn't work on it either. I bought a new HDMI cable, still no sound. So I figure it has to be the TV.

Is there any way to fix it? Does anyone know what causes it? Btw, my TV is a Daewoo DLP-32C3.

Didn't find anywhere else to put this thread.
