Im sure this question is simple but I can't seem to find out anything about it anywhere. Maybe something to do with the encoding? On the top right of h264 is CLCCARD. What does that mean? Is there any way to take it off?

I made the same error, it actually ELECARD! Here their website:http://www.elecard.com/en/index.html. They appear to be a software/hardware developer.

You are using a trial version of the encoder or decoder, and it leaves a watermark. To stop it, if it's a decoder, either buy the product or use an alternate decoder. If it's an encoder, you'll have to re-encode with either a bought version of the encoder or get an alternate encoder.
