Daemon tools adware - how to remove the search that links to IE/FF?

I installed Daemon tools lite the other day on a VISTA machine. Old versions on XP never had this issue but they were installed a year or 2 ago.

Now, everytime I open IE or Firefox it loads my home page in 1 tab and a daemon tools search page in another and that is the primary one, I have to close it EVERY time I use a browser.

Uninstalled the program, still happens, reinstalled and made sure every box is unticked when it tries to install all the adware, still happens, googled, lots of similar probs but cant seem to find the answer on my machine.

Used to be sucha good program, but this will ensure I never touch it again.

Can anyone help with getting rid of the daemon tools search tab that has attached to all browers (actually I just noticed it did not do anything to Chrome, but I dont like/use that much).

I figured it out, if anyone else is having this problem, in your browser options, it has added a second home page link, simply delete it and it goes away.

I hate programs that alter your settings without a choice.
