I DOWNLOADED A MOVIE, I AM DESPREATLY TRYING TO CONVERT IT TO VCD FORMAT USING TMPGNC. TMPENGC GOES THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS OF ENCODING BUT THE END RESULT IS ONLY A FRACTION OF THE ORIGINAL MOVIE. FIRST IT WAS 4:15SECS AND I TRIED LAST NIGHT AND IT WAS ABOUT 20 MINS. CAN SOMEONE OUT THERE GIVE ME SOME SOLID ADVICE? THANKS A MIL.
