Firefox question - extension for scrolling URL window?

I have Firefox 3.5, and I noticed that my URL window does not let me scroll through previously viewed sites. If I click the drop arrow at the far right of the URL window, it will show 4 previously viewed sites, but will not let me scroll down thorugh all the sites I have viewed.

this is strange because it used to let me scroll through a huge number of previously viewed sites. Does anyone know how I can fix this? I tried search in mozilla addons, but I haven't found what I'm looking for.

I don't have this limitation, so it is not an intentional FF feature. I suspect something has gone screwy with your installation.

I would start by creating a new profile and using that for a little while to see if it allows you to scroll back through your URL history. You can find out about profiles, and how to create a new one, here : http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Profiles
