I have been messing around with various resolutions in windows media player. I make new profiles in Windows Media Encoder but I can't figure out where to save the .prx file so it shows up in the Movie Maker template pull down.
Any thoughts on where the .prx file goes?
PS - When I put the files in C:\Program Files\Movie Maker\Shared\Profiles sometimes they show up, sometimes they don't! I just took out 4 profiles that were listed, put them back in... and only 3 were available in the pull down. Hmm.
Thanks-
Benjamin

Try Windows, or Windows\System32. There's already a few stock ones there.

Thanks - yeah, I have found them in several locations. What's funny is that I don't see even the default .prx that are located in the pull down... Any way, placing them in the
C:\Program Files\Movie Maker\Shared\Profiles
Seems to work if it's a legitimate format.
Thanks
