Hi gurus,
I am planning to buy a VCR which I will be using to capture video from my VHS tapes through Dazzle DVC. Can you suggest a good VCR to buy for this purpose? Is the S-Video output
necessary - is it worth the extra money that I will pay?
My budget is $150.
Thank you.
regards,
smr

My suggestion would be a VCR with Super VHS ET (JVC). Super VHS ET achieves the higher resolution (400 lines) using standard VHS tapes. You won't have to buy the expensive SVHS tapes and your old tapes will work as well.
