I have recorded from my desktop and saved it in camtasia format, coverted it to flv and posted on my site. The problem is that it looks a bit fuzzy. Is there any tricks to keeping it fairly sharp?

What settings did you use? I would use h.264/aac in .mp4
flv using vp6 will give you worse quality/compression
