I want to process audio after capturing and before burning SVCD.As tmpgenc allows only mp2 type files for remuxing (the source is alrerad mpeg-2 in the right format), it looks like that the mp2 encoder (any encoder Itried does this) adds about 1 sec of silence at the beginning.
So the movie gets of course out of sync.Is there any way to get rid of this silence before remuxing?Or any option the skip this ?
