    Let me look into my crystal ball . . . . .

    Nope. Nothing.

Maybe is you start again, slowly.

What software are you using to create the DVD ?
What software are you using to burn the disc ?
What media are you using ?

Give us something to work with, rather than having to guess at everything.

    Try this

Use ConvertXtoDVD to create a folder. Do not use it to burn.

Use Imgburn to burn your DVD to a disc.

Consider getting better discs, as TDK tend to be very hit and miss quality wise.

There have been a couple of reports of issues with the built-in burning application in ConvertXtoDVD in the current version. It may be related to that.
