I had an MKV (HD 720p) file that I converted to a PS3 compatible MP4 using GOTSent, also using the splitting into 4GB files option. This worked fine and the two resulting MP4 files were easily playable on my PC.
However, when transferring them to my PS3, the second file was labelled as corrupt. To try and fix this, I tried using YAMB to demux the h264 and aac streams from it. But, this is the error message I have been receiving:

    Code:
    [22:24:41] : Yamb 2.1.0.0 beta 2 started !!!
    [22:24:41] : OS type detection...Windows XP Professional x86 (version 5.1, Build 2600 : Service Pack 2)
    [22:24:41] : MP4Box found... C:\Documents and Settings\*******\Application Data\Yamb\MP4Box.exe
    [22:24:41] : MKVextract found...c:\documents and settings\*******\application data\yamb\mkvextract\mkvextract.exe
    [22:24:41] : EAC3to found...c:\documents and settings\*******\application data\yamb\eac3to\eac3to.exe
    [22:24:48] : File.mp4 loaded....
[22:24:51] : Extraction of Video Stream from File.mp4...
    [22:24:51] : Command Line used for extraction : "C:\Documents and Settings\*******\Application Data\Yamb\MP4Box.exe" -raw 2 "E:\Folder\File.mp4"
    [22:24:51] : File saved in E:\Folder\
[22:24:52] : Error opening file E:\Folder\File.mp4: IsoMedia File is truncated
    [22:24:52] :
    [22:24:52] : Total Time Elapsed...01 secs
    [22:24:56] : Yamb 2.1.0.0 beta 2 closed.
I have searched around for solutions to this but have found none. Unfortunately, I do not possess the original MKV file anymore.

    Any solutions?

Try remux using mp4muxer and avidemux(under video and audio choose copy and save as a new mp4) also.

With MP4Muxer, I get this error message:

    Code:
    Demultiplexing finished with problems

ReadAtom: invalid atom size, extends outside parent atom - skipping to end of "" "mdat" 2841498593 vs 2840784896
I'll try with AviDemux soon and give an update.

The AviDemux method worked but my resulting file is out of synch and gets worse throughout the movie.
Is there any way to fix this?
