I could find a solution using this "guide".

Correction of the defect rewind after cutting the second disk DVD-9 to 2xDVD-5, through IfoEdit v0.96
Problem:
After cutting a DVD-9 into two софтварные players when trying to rewind (seek) to disk Number 2 behave strangely (hang themselves, jump on chapteram, etc.) The original drive is already available.
Decision:
Copy disk 2 on the screw (Z: \ DVD \ CD2). Create a copy of the *. IFO and *. BUP files. Let it be in the Z: \ DVD \ BACKUP
Run IfoEdit. Open IFO with the film (Z: \ DVD \ CD2 \ VTS_01_0.IFO)
Select the menu VOB Extras-> Create new IFOs
In the dialog select the default settings - note:
Correct Vob-Unit (Navigation Pack) pointers in VOB-files
Correct original IFO files.
Create new IFO files. (Movie only)
As a Destination directory specify Z: \ DVD \ NEWIFO (directory must exist!)
IfoEdit-> Create new IFO files
This will create new IFO files. Close IfoEdit.
Copy files from Z: \ DVD \ NEWIFO in Z: \ DVD \ CD2 (overwriting the old files)
Run the DVD player and make sure that the film is rewound freely in all locations. Menu in the resulting DVD will be absent.
Copy the original files in place (from Z: \ DVD \ BACKUP in Z: \ DVD \ CD2, overwriting)
Run IfoUpdate V0.78
As the Original IFO path indicate the original IFO to the film (Z: \ DVD \ CD2 \ VTS_01_0.IFO)
As Authored IFO path specify the new IFO - Z: \ DVD \ NEWIFO \ VTS_01_0.IFO
As Backup IFO Path - anything you like (c: \ temp \ tmp.ifo)
IfoUpdate
In the menu select the following items:
in the Options:
Transfer VTS_C_ADT table
Copy Color Table in Each PGC
Copy Audio and Subpicture Tables
--
VTS_TMAPTI Table Transfer (Time Map)
Adjust VTS_TMAPTI and ADMAP Sizes
--
AutoCorrect VTS Sectors (When Updating)
AutoAnalyze Original IFO (When Specified)
AutoCorrect IFO / BUP length
In principle, it suffices to note the item VTS_TMAPTI Table Transfer (Time Map)
In the Mode:
Standard
Press the button Update IFO.
Run the DVD player and make sure that the film is rewound freely in all locations. And anyway, that everything works and everything is fine.
In the resulting IFO table VTS_TMAPTI is different from the original size. Accordingly, now we need to correct the displacement of the table following it (in theory, it should have done himself IfoEdit. He does not.)
Run IfoEdit v0.96.
Open new IFO with the film (Z: \ DVD \ CD2 \ VTS_01_0.IFO).
Look at VTS_TMAPTI, we need to determine its new size (look at the last address of the table in HEX).
We translate in DEC and divide by the sector size (2048)
Rounds the value obtained in a large way.
Determine the size of the old VTS_TMAPTI - is the difference between the Start offset of VTS_TMAPT and "Start offset of VTSM_C_ADT" in VTSI_MAT
The difference between the old and the new size VTS_TMAPT is the offset.
In VTSI_MAT from all displacements table following VTS_TMAPT, and on the "Last Sector of VTSI" subtract the resulting value.
IfoEdit-> VTSI_MAT
Save.
Run the DVD player and make sure everything works.

PS: The original text was translated by google from russian. Probably it'll have some mistakes. But, at general, you can understand what to do using the program and the dvd itself.
Using ifoedit like this way I could fix my dvd and make it seekable. :P
If you have more methods or programs, just point them, ok?
More guides concerning about the subject will be nice too.
Thank you.
