I've been going through a ton of apps to try and get one that both works, and has the options that I need.
I'm trying to downsize a 2.5Gb mp4 to either a 1.5Gb mp4 or avi. One partial success was WinFF but I overshot the file size by 500Mb's!
I ended up getting Any Video Converter to hit the file size target, but I've got some sort of muxing/sync problem.
* Video is 1.5Gb and 2:20h long.
1) VLC: No audio; everything else seems fine.
2) WMP: Video timer skips to end in about 30 seconds; Video itself plays very fast and video time passage of only a few minutes; Audio plays in real time, about 30 seconds.
3) PowerDVD: Entire video plays super fast to the end; timer skips with it; no audio.
It'd be great if I can remux this or something but this is so weird I'm not sure where to start. Any recommendations?
EDIT: Forgot to add that this is using x264 and AAC.
