This stream
http://198.234.121.114:90
belongs to a popular radio station. However, if you look at the Shoutcast website (see screenshot) it says there are only 2 listeners with a total ever of 8 listeners. My question is, is this information accurate? Why would a well known radio station even bother to set up streaming audio if they only have 2 listeners?

You can only know for sure if you look at the server logs
But I don't see why those stats would be "fake". If anything you would expect a radio station to embellish statistic (e.g. for advertising $, etc..)
I guess classical music isn't as popular to R&B, rap etc...
