The file RGDrvls.exe was found to be a virus by VirusTotal-free software, and my virus program Avira.
    Any additional info?

I've been running AnyDVD since before it was even popular and have never had any hint of any type of virus in it. You have an old version or one from a dubious source.

    FYI

The fact is the virus was in the ANYDVD directory on drive D:, not C:. How it got there is another matter. I don't think it is a problem with ANYDVD, just stating the fact, and something to look out for, as this villian may appear elsewhere on your computer. Location was the ANYDVD folder. Just look out for this virus as it could be anywhere.

Quite a few times ... people download cracks for AnyDVD and they are infected ... and when a virus program does a check ... it will find infections in the Slysoft folder ... and the Elaborate Bytes ... folder.

And then ... when it finds it ... you dont have AnyDVD ... anymore.

    I bought ... AnyDVD ... and CloneDVD .... years ago ... both for ... one price ... $68 bucks.
