just bought this cam and it films in h264 and now im stumped on trying to render to avi from sony vegas withought the lines
which ive read up as interlacing lines or something
whats the best setting to put vegas on
im filming in 16:9 file size wont matter as all ill be doing is putting onto dvd for people
i cant change from h264 no option in the menu of the cam
someones gonna say just read up on interlacing i know but if anyone got really good setting for vegas would be nice

 If it's for PC or web, then deinterlacing makes sense. If this is the case, I would use avisynth to deinterlace, because vegas' deinterlacing is horrible quality (there is no good setting in vegas: you have either blend or interpolate; blend makes it blurry as hell, and interpolate leaves major jaggies)
