Some people need to learn the difference between "bootleg" & "pirated"... they are NOT the same.
If these were "pirated" videos of officially released dvd's, i'm pretty sure the "cartoon network" logo would not be there 8) -
Yea, it was my mistake with my bad english, I guess I won't be getting any help because of that.

Looks like somebody in the chain blended the fields... which is a bad idea. I hate when people do that! http://atlas.kennesaw.edu/~dhirschl/boop/pulldown.html.
I've read there is actually some clever scripting you could do in AviSynth to possible reverse the ghosting. I've fooled around with it a little myself and gotten some surprisingly good results, so I am starting to think it is possible to reverse it. But it's advanced stuff.
Google search about AviSynth filters for reversing bad PAL > NTSC conversions. I realize this isn't PAL stuff, but it's the same type of ghosting you'd get.

Best to just say "i have a dvd" so it will not be open to suspicion as where it came from.I think, therefore i am a hamster. -
