x264 with ffdshow and MPC

Hi guys.
First let me say sorry for my bad English.
I'm running my system with the latest ffdshow+Haali media splitter and Media player classic.
I've been reading at some forum that WMR9 renderless is a better choice then Haali. If so, why?

I'm also searching for a good and reliable "how to" when it comes to setting up MPC. There is so many setting that i dont know what it does, but at the same time i want the best picture at my LCD TV.

I don't see why VMR9 renderless is better than Haali's. Haali's and EVR are superior to the rest, as far as I've heard.

There's not much to set up about MPC, really...
