Hello I am Noggin and I am new 'round here, :P. Well, I have this little camcorder I got recently and it saves the captured media onto a SD Card. And I want to be able to playback some edited videos on my camcorder. but I can't...I have already checked GSpot and the Original video file is XviD...I manage to get the edited version very similar to the original version (setting wise). Well I will post some pictures of the GSpot so you guys can get the picture. And I am Converting with Xilisoft Ultimate converter. Oh! And by the way the new video has several other videos bunched up together. I just want to be able to playback on the camcorder, which is a DigiLife DDV-C330 ( I am pretty sure 88% of you have never heard of it)

SO here are the gspot pics:

  2. Your images don't show the containers. Are they exactly the same? The second video doesn't use b frames.

No, they are not exactly the same. The first one is a sample of what my Camcorder records and the second one is a video I created with Adobe Premiere Elements 7. And what I want to do is convert the movie I have created to the exact format so I can view the movie on the camcorder, IF its even possible.

  4. I was asking if the containers are exactly the same. You scrolled the container sections down the bottom and the container information is missing. Are they both ODML AVI 2.0?

Audio interleaving could be an issue.

The lack of b frames, and hence lack of packed bitstream, could be a problem.

Try a smaller test file in case the camcorder doesn't like the bigger file (not likely but something to check).

I would also try using the same format for the file name.
