I would like to ask the opinions of this group as to the optimal settings for video conversions for an iPOD touch. It does not seem that a consensus exists on this forum. When I say optimal, I also mean NO wasted bitrate or resolution that bloats the file size and does not improve picture or audio quality. I have played around a lot with different encoders and settings, but I don't think my settings are as good as they could be.
So, if you would, pls list your recommendations for:
1) resolution
2) FPS
3) video bitrate
4) audio bitrate
5) any other significant settings (e.g. codecs)
