I ripped a series of videos from YouTube whose audio was out of sync (synced at the beginning, but growing out of sync by about 3 secs at the end of each file) with the intention of syncing the video/audio. I found an "FLV Input Plugin" for VirtualDub (using 1.9.5), got it in a pack and put it in the VirtualDub-1.9.5-AMD64\plugins32 folder. Doesn't let me open FLVs.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays!

You can try flv extract and then open the avi in virtualdub.
And if it's h264 video you can try avidemux to resync it.
