    Hello all,

    Looks like TSCV's "Make Chapter every <N> seconds" is broken in
    v0.84r2. If you use this feature, TSCV erroneously adds entrypoints
    past the length of the video. This results in a bad BIN/CUE that
    cannot be burned. Anyone else see this bug? Bummer,
    I guess I need to add my entrypoints manually..
