    Hey guys!

I have just order myself a nice new Sony Bravia 40" 1080p LCD TV and would like to know which HDMI cable you guys could recommend. I want to use the TV mainly for PS3 and playing blu-ray using the PS3 and also my laptop is HD DVD which also has an HDMI output.

My budget would be about £20.

    Thanks!

I wouldn't buy a monster cable for sure.

They are mostly overhyped. Though I'm sure technically there is some quality to be gained from it - or at least less intereference potentially.

Basically I just use anything. THey all work good. Though maybe using a total no-name cable might be best to avoid that.

Around here, mail order HDMI cables are really cheap. I really don't think brand matters, as long as you stay away from dollar store HDMI cables (if they exist).

Actually, I find SUPERMEDIASTORE to be cheaper on cables. $5.99 shipped for 6-foot cable.

Just an FYI - the quality isn't gonna be affected unless you're going long distances or have heavy magnetism or really strong AC signal near the cable. Anything 4'-10' for the cheapest price should do, as long as you're not butting 2 cables together. The more connections you add also can affect the quality.
