Stripe at top and bottom displays other stripe when playing video

Hello!

I have a really, really odd problem (I think). I haven't managed to find any information on it and that's why I'm posting here now...

My problem is that I see a horizontal stripe, one pixel high I think, at the top AND at the bottom of the video, and they each display what the other should be displaying (?)! It's hard to describe so I attached a picture showing what I mean. It's a scene from Pick of Destiny. Note how there is a piece of the sky where the fur should be both at the top and at the bottom! I actually think there might be two on the sides as well, but I'm not sure.

Anyone who's heard of this problem before?

It's a common problem. When reencoding crop it away, and redistribute the black while you're at it.

Crop(0,50,0,-10)
AddBorders(0,30,0,30)
