    I want to reencode avi files to custom size (ex. 700mb)
    I have used AutoGK but sometime not finish te job - crash and give errors.
    If anyone know other programs with this settings (custom size or predefinite size) please recommend.

    So long as you understand that this is going to cost you quality, and should not just be done arbitrarily, try AVI Recomp

    I also found XviD4PSP - with integrate bitrate/size calculator.
