Note that "capital letters" means Latin character set only. I've got plenty of Russian and Asian DVDs and I've never seen one use anything but Latin letters in the label, if there is a label.

Thank You Yoda,
I knew there were some differences between DVD requirements and Hard disk requirement for Label characters and it seems like the programs that I used to use would always list the allowed characters, the programs I use now would just say the title has invalid characters. Over time, without knowing what was allowed, I have unconsciously avoided the problem by kind of knowing what was not allowed, but today I just thought I would try to find what you posted. After a 1/2 hour search on Google, I found it was not that easy to get the listing. I have lots of old programs including TmpgEnc so I thought I could go thru these old programs and put a character that I knew was not allowed and sooner or later I would stumble on a program(TmpgEnc) that showed everything that was not allowed... or I could just ask.
So thank you for the answer.
Tony
