    Hi,

I need some help on a problem that I'm running into. I have downloaded HDConvertToX and installed the required software for it. "ffdshow" "haali media splitter" "AviSynth" and "XviD". Here is the problem that I'm running into, everytime I launch HDConvertToX, I get the following message "Missing Haali Media Splitter installation Please install Haali Media Splitter". The thing is I do have Haali Media Splitter installed. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, and nothing.

Is there something I didn't do during installation?

    Please some help.

    Thanks,

I vaguely remember having to install haali media splitter into the HDconvertex program files folder so that it would see it,maybe wrong as I uninstalled it some time ago,but worth a try to see if it works.

  3. what os are you using ?

if windows 7 it's a know bug. HDC isn't able to detect haali in win7
    (to fix in next update)

anyway you can safely ignore it, if conversion is ok

It works now. I had to install it into the applications folder, for HDC to see haali. I originally tried what fatbloke88 suggested, before the comment, but it wasn't in applications folder.

    Thanks!
