    WinTV pvr or Dazzle? Can any of these capture directly to MPEG-2? That's what I'm looking for!

    Dazzle. I have the dvc 1 usb model, works utterly awesome, but can only cap to mpeg 1 compression. If you want mpeg 2, you need the dvc 2. They make it usb, and pci
