    I got a Logitech wireless notebook mouse model number V220 from Best Buy this morning. Does anyone know if this will work with Windows 7? I bought this to use with my mini itx system that's running W7. Ummmm...so far it ain't working and according to Logitech there's no guarantee. I'm using 32 bit. I bought this mouse out of curiosity if it would work from 9 - 12 feet away from the LCD TV. It doesn't even work with the mouse near the usb receiver. Go figure. I did use the setpoint 4.72 software but it still doesn't work. I did change usb ports as well. I only have 2 usb ports on the front of the Lian Li PC-Q07 mini itx case. I have 30 days to return it if it doesn't work.

    I'd appreciate any comments from those of you running W7. Thanks in advance!

    Is that the BT one? I can check mine on my craptop running 7. My guess is it should work, Logitech is pretty good about providing driver support.

    What's a BT one? According to Logitech website it said it should work with W7 but for some reason it isn't. I know the USB ports on the Lian Li mini itx case work cause I used a wired mouse that works & the Logitech wireless keyboard runs on usb as well.

    This is the model that I bought:

    Nevermind I got it working but the range isn't good so it's going back to BB.
    The range for the old logitech wireless keyboard range isn't good too. I'll probably buy a wireless keyboard with a built in mouse or a wireless keyboard and mouse combo. Hopefully the range will be at least 9 - 12 feet.

    BT = Bluetooth

    I've had my little BT Logitech laser mouse for nearly 4 years and the range is much further than 12 feet. I also have a Logitech MX5000 BT combo I use with my PS3 that works from across the room. The combo came with a BT dongle, the laptop mouse did not (I had it built in anyway). You are going to have better luck with BT accessories if only for the better range, responsiveness, and less interference.

    ^^^Hey my friend at work told me BT (bluetooth) would be the way to go as well. I didn't really wanna spend big bucks for a wireless mouse and keyboard. Any particular brand of BT I could check out?

    You were on the right track with Logitech, they're a standard for mice and keyboards. I like my MX5000 combo but I don't think they sell that model anymore since it's about 3 years old. Looks like their entry-level is the MX5500 which looks about the same. If you want to spend a little more their diNovo sets have some really neat features. Or did you only need a mouse?

    I need a keyboard and mouse. I saw those expensive diNovo sets which look good to use but it's pricey! I guess if I want good range I'd have to spend big
