RE; VHS/Beta Tuner MPEG2 from capture Card to Compress to Smaller File; HELP
Hi gang,
My 1st post here.
I am bewildered and awed at the breath of knowledge (and options) here and have much to learn.
I installed a MPEG card TV Tuner card in my PC and transferring older VHS 9and Beta) types into Digital files. At this point it is doing about 900 Megs Per hour as a file. I think it saves it as a Mpeg, if I read right
My Question is this;
Waat Easy-to-use software can I use, hopefully with a GUI that will take a 3 Gig Mpeg file (or any file really..) and compress it/ make it smaller without noticeable loss of Quality ?
Thanks in advance
nice to be here
Take care
Jean
