  1. This is a tough one and I have tried to debug to the best of my abilities but here i am:

    here's my ffmpeg cmd line
    -y -i "C:\\Documents and Settings\\brandong\\Desktop\\MMAMethod\\Movie.m4v\ " -ar 44100 -qscale 11 -bufsize 10000k -s 1280x720 -r 20 \"C:\\Net Projects\\SVN\\IntegratedAlgorithmics\\src\\MediaA dmin\\MediaAdmin\\bin\\Debug\\Temp\\5b163b60-8093-48a3-9ff8-b869514498e2.flv\

here's my assumptions for the above
since i am converting to an flv from a h264 it will down convert it to h263, if not this may the root of my issue and I should force a vcodec, although i am unsure of the vcodec for flv h263.
Lets start with that and then i will expand upon any other issues[/code]
