Hi all, I've been trying to use DVDx to rip DVDs for the past few days and I I have a recurring problem. I think it's the letterboxing causing it, but it might be cropping, either way...what happens is as the default for some reason, when i open a dvd in DVDx, the video in the preview window (and encode) is compressed...like...smooshed top/bottom-wise...now when I set both the cropping and letterboxing functions to NONE it looks normal, just like it would when it's playing. But as soon as I hit the encode button, it always reverts back to the smooshed look...does anyone have any idea what I can do to get DVDx to encode the video properly, as in, without crushing the video? Thanks a bunch...
