Ok I'm looking for an episode guide for all 10 seasons of Stargate SG1. I have one by Larry Nemeck for Star Trek The Next Generation - that includes all 7 seasons plus Generations.

Is there a similar printed book for SG1? I saw on amazon that there is a season 1-5 companion guide coming out in September. Why wouldn't there be one for all 10 seasons? And why wouldn't it have been released already? It's been quite awhile now since SG1 ended.......

Edit - I did see a lot of "season 1 and 2" companion guides and things like that - I want one for all 10 seasons in a single cover.
Donatello - The Shredder? Michelangelo - Maybe all that hardware is for making coleslaw?

sorry.. whats a "companion guide" anyway ?

Is it like when they came out with these for some of the Indianna games back in the 80's ?? I bought one when I got the "..the last crusades" game--it actually worked quite well, and I did finally complete the game. I still got that image and song burnt into my head.. the one where they are traveling by ballon and you see the red line move across the globe. It was a fun game, back then.. ahh the memories. anyway.

@vhelp - I mean something that gives a plot summary of each episode. The TNG book I reference also gives background information of what went into making each episode. Sometimes its only a paragraph or two depending on the episode. But for something like two-parters or season ending cliffhangers the background is very indepth.

Now I do have audio commentary on many of the dvds. I just haven't gone through all of them. I'd like a print guide covering all 10 seasons. It also comes in handy to have an actors list of who was in what episode.

Yes I know I can get all that online though imdb and other places. However having it tangibly in front of you is nice sometimes.

Thanks. I'll check em out. Do they have a published edition?

    fyi - its .net afterall

edit - by the looks of it the "illustrated companions" are the only real episode guides for sg1. They are in two seasons up to season 8 with 9 and 10 being individual editions. Ahh well... I guess thats the only way to go - too bad they don't have an all in one yet. I guess they are trying if they are issuing a 1-5 sg1 book in september. Maybe I can get all 10 in a lot deal on ebay....

Well, yesterday, while brosing at BJ's, I found out that SG: Atlantis was cancelled or finished.
I saw on one of the packages: Season five; final episodes, or something like that. I used to like that show until my analog cable took it off a year ago I think, and then when my analog cable went way of death, well, everything is dead to me now..oh well

On the other hand, I did pick up Season 1 and Season 2 of Babylon 5, and I didn't really quite like it much, just a few episodes here and there. But I got a fealing that I'm going to like them, now
