I never get the pictures for the individual items (thumbnails).....NEVER.
I get the fancy crap on top of the website....and the crap down the sides...but
    never the actual item thumbnails.
I e-mailed them about it and they basically told me it was a problem on my end.

    Is it just me?

  2. you must be using firefox. i don't get the 2 flash items in the middle either, with noscrpt. if i allow their scripts one loads but the larger flash item on top never does. switching to i.e mode with ie tab in ff allows everything to load.

I'm using Firefox 3.5.1 with NoScript but I have that site "allowed" in with NoScript.

I also have Firefox with NoScript. With some pages, you have to do the "allow" functions in NoScript more than once, as newly-permitted web page elements seem to occasionally trip new NoScript blocks. If that doesn't work, check the pop-up blocker in Firefox and make sure you're allowing pop-ups for that site.

  6. strange you don't get the thumbnails. maybe get the ff i.e. tab plugin and see if it loads them in i.e. mode.

I have the IE Tab function on FF. I have now set http://www.mymemory.co.uk/ to always open in an IE Tab.
It is working now(with an IE Tab). It didn't work at first
but now it appears that every page on that site is now showing
    the product thumbnails.

If you have NoScript installed, 'Customize' your toolbar - there's an additional button you can add... something along the lines of 'Temporarily allow all this page.' (I'm not on a browser with NoScript installed at the moment, so I don't remember the exact wording. ) That'll give everything on the page temporary permissions to run (I believe you can also do this from the NoScript icon's context menu (from the status bar)). There's also another button to revoke the temporary page permissions, if you prefer.

Do you have an image blocker?

The images are hosted on sub domain which technically is different domain:

Not that I know of. Wouldn't an image blocker block more than just
images on one page? It's only mymemory.co.uk giving me problems.

What extensions do you have installed?

If you have Adblock/Adblock Plus installed, try disabling it and see if the site loads properly.
In NoScript's options, on the Plugins tab, do you have the "Apply these restrictions to trusted sites too" box checked?

Technically mymemory.co.uk and images1.mymemory.co.uk are two separate domains .

From there it depends on if the software treats them as two separate domains. So if you have a image blocking software and you allow images from mymemory.co.uk that doesn't necessarily mean images1.mymemory.co.uk will be included. You may also have a security setting somewhere that blocks external files from separate domains. Strange that it only happens there but maybe you aren't aware it happening elsewhere...

    Can you see this image:

    Or this one:

Any chance your on funky connection like satellite?

Another thing you might want to try is creating a new, clean (temporary) profile in FF, and see if the site loads correctly in that profile. If it does, then we can narrow the issue down to the settings and/or extensions in your normal profile.

All I know for certain is...this is what I see in Firefox:

The images never load....even thought the bottom of the page eventually says "Done"....still no images.

And this is what I see in Firefox with the page viewed in an IE Tab:
