  1. Ok, I'm using Panasonic MPEG1 Encoder 2.51 Standalone.

The wide screen movie is at 640x272, and a vcd mpeg is supposed to be 352x240, what are the settings so that when i encode it to mpeg with vcd standard settings it will still be in full screen, and not with some screwed up picture

  3. Oh wait! I guess I overlooked this when I was looking at the AVI to MPG guide for Panasonic MPEG1 Encoder 2.5, "if you have a DivX-movie you often have to add black borders to get correct ratio" -as quoted from the guide....

the url for the guide is: http://www.vcdhelp.com/panasonic.htm

btw, if u need Panasonic MPEG1 Encoder 2.5 (standalone), PM me, I'll hook you up
