There's another thread here on this...seems you need to have a bunch of side programs installed because they're needed when it comes to making menus. I finally ran out of time trying to get multiavchd to work (had a deadline) and simply used a $30 editor I bought 3 years ago that worked the first time (VS11.5). But I haven't given up with multiacvhd. In the meantime, try setting the menu to the simpliest setting (top) or no menus at all and see if that works.

seems to have something to do with the SRT subs rather than the menus... i just tried using tsmuxer rather than multiacvhd and erased the subs and it completed 100%.. will burn right now and see if i have any success which $30 did you use?

Load the file into multiavchd and in the media tab go to title properties and click on the file, when a sub menu pops up select the internal subtitles tab and click on the sub and then click on remove.
    I think,therefore i am a hamster.

  6. There are a lot of broken subtitle files, causing tsMuxeR (within multiAVCHD) to fail with processing. multiAVCHD is trying to parse and fix the subtitles, but it doesn't work every time.

Latest version shows more messages in the log tab so posting it will help.
