    Try the "Raw Cutter" option in TS Doctor.
    With that function i was able to save most of some corrupted TS files i had here.
    You have to use a bit trial and error to find/save the good part(s) of the TS to save.

    Did you also try to load the corrupted part(s) into TSPE?
    Maybe that tool is able to fix the corruption in the stream.

    Ofcourse it is best to first save as much of the intact part(s) of your recording with TS Doctor.
