Problem: I have captured some avi files from my camcorder using TMPGEnc Authoring Works (TAW).
Question: How do I turn these files into one single title in a DVD? I prefer using TAW and DVD Shrink, thank you!

DVD Shrink has no place in DVD Authoring unless you screw up the encoding in the first place.

The usual process is as follows

    1. Capture the video.
    2. Edit the video into a single title or multiple titles using your editing program of choice.
    3. Encode the edited video(s) to DVD compliance.
    4. Author the complaint video and audio tracks to a DVD with whatever menu structure etc you want using your authoring tool of choice.
    5. Test the playback using a decent player (Media Player Classic is good for testing, Windows Media Player is not).
    6. Burn to quality media using Imgburn.

You can omit whichever steps don't apply to you.

If you don't need to edit the videos (usually to cut out crap and boring bits) then you probably need to add all of the clips into a single title in TAW, tell it to encode for whatever size DVD you are going to burn to (single layer or dual layer) and have it output to a Video_TS folder. You can then test the results and burn with Imburn to decent media (not cheap crap, please).

As to explicit instructions for TAW, either read your help files and experiment, or hope there are some guides on the TAW page.
