Hi. I have a Sony HDR-UX7 camcorder that uses mini DVDs. I was using Memorex Mini DVD+R DL discs last week. With one of the discs, everything was recording fine until after 20 minutes or so of recording. Out of nowhere, I started getting an error message C:13:02. It was saying that the disc was the wrong format, and then I couldn't access anything on that disc - no recording, no playing, and no finalizing. The discs before & after were fine. The one disc that is giving me trouble has a blotch (forgive me for not knowing the correct terminology) on/in it about the size of half an eraser head.
What I do know is that even if that disc turns out to be defective, there is recorded video footage somewhere on it. My question though is: How do I go about accessing that footage? Is there something I can do or some place I can send it?
    Thanks
    Bhomis

  2. this is pretty much the list of programs available. if you sent it out they would try these.
