No matter what I do all my captures look blocky and this is before I convert it to mpeg!!!! I alway use huffuy or uncommpressed rgb but it always looks blocky. I am using vdub to capture. Does anyone knowthe solution to my problems? It loooks alright before I try to capture and view it on my tv card program.

What resolution are you capturing?
What program are you displaying it with? (maybe the problem isn't your capture but your display...and how big are you displaying it?) -
OK, never seen anything like it, and can't imagine how it can be something you could be doing wrong, to get that effect. Maybe try reinstalling VDUB (but I guess you've tried that already).
If you haven't already, try capturing at 1/2 or 1/4 resolution to see if it is bandwidth related in anyway. Check that you are capturing at the correct frame rate (maybe it got changed somewhere by accident). And try capturing without displaying to see if it is some display-while-capturing problem (as I have read about some with the BT chips). Also, check that you don't have the noise reduction turned on at capture and set to some ridiculously high value......now I think I'm realy out of ideas!
Good luck
