    When i am trying to convert some video get error

  2. not a linux user but i'd guess it doesn't come with a wmv codec installed. you probably need to get a windows media codec.

    Also, are you sure the .wmv doesn't have DRM?
    If cameras add ten pounds, why would people want to eat them?
