    ok i have an MPG video file and a .VOB movie and i want to know what program can help me add subtitles to the videos so i can burn the movie?

    I have TMPGenc Xpress 4 and TMPGenc Authoring Works 4

    I'm pretty sure you can add/make/type dvd subtitles in tmpgenc authoring works.
