    Im sorry to bother you guys again but i am getting an error when i follow the guide to convert file to avi https://forum.videohelp.com/topic360276.html

    when i use xvid4psp it just completely closes the program and wants me to send error report and when i follow the guide using avidemux i get this error....


    i imagine of course its the file ill post what mediainfo tells me...

    You should configure the audio channels to "Stereo" in Audio settings. I had similar issue and it helped to limit the number of audio channels to 2.
