    I am making a dvd with a menu and am getting the following error - I have the latest version running on vista in XP compatibility mode and as administrator.

    When do you ge this? Can you attach the log (if there is one) for this run please?

    MVI_1645 has an 8 bit audio stream which is causing the issue.

    Can you set the audio processing option "keep source audio always" and give that a try on the MVI_1645 file? Alternatively if you use the AVSWrap option you should be ok on that single file.
