convert from ezonics Live Express .exe to some other video format, extract

I have some .exe files which are actually old web cam videos created with something called ezonics Live Express. I want to convert this video, but don't know how to extract it or record it in another way. Any suggestions?

Camtasia turned out to be the silve bullet I needed. It worked, and I only used the 30 day trial, which did not seem dumbed down in any way. It worked perfect for capturing the old webcam .exe video from the self extrracting exe player. Captured the sound also, great quality. camstudio I'm afraid did not live up to my expections for this task. It had a hard time capturing the audio. Camtasia was also easier to use in the long run. Highly reccomend Camtasia for anyone wanting to convert old web cam .exe video into an avi., and get away from the old .exe player.
