invalid mixer rate when i try to make vcd with cequadrat...c

hello all.
I did the following :
from VHS to 2 avi files and after with avi2vcd program

i made mpg.I went to cequadrat winoncd and tried to make the vcd.But i have a n error invalid mixer rate.anybody knows what kind of mixer rate should i have in order the winoncd cequadrat accepts it?

Assuming that your MPEG file has all the correct VCD specs, then you may need to remultiplex your MPEG (especially if you've cut it).

You can do this with TMPGEnc (File --> MPEG Tools --> Multiplex) and remember to change the setting to "MPEG-1 Video-CD".
